Sometimes, it’s inevitable not to have a data or Wi-Fi connection and we are in the brink of boredom. In times like these, are you aware that you could play games that do not rely on internet or data connections? Google has released a collection of games which you could play even if you are online.
This is what they call the “Play Without Boundaries Collection”. I have chosen my top picks of Android games from the list so you could go and check for yourself.
1. Temple Run 2
Currently with zillion downloads, this game is indeed record-breaking. Run, jump, turn, and slide for as long as you can. Who doesn’t know this game yet? I bet you’ve heard this at least once in your life. Conquer cliffs, mines, zip lines, and forests as you try to escape from enemies. More and more people are getting addicted to this game and surely, this is worth your time.
2. Minecraft
In this game, be able to explore different worlds and build homes and castles from scratch. Choose playing in either creative mode where you could have unlimited resources or you could opt for survival mode where you’d have to mine for your resources to craft armor and weapons to save yourself from mobs such as zombies.
3. Jetpack Joyride
Join Barry Steakfries, the game’s hero, in unraveling a whole new kind of adventure while using a jetpack. As Barry breaks in to a laboratory where science evildoers keep the jetpacks they experiment in, start a fun adventure by using your screen controls to ascend and descend. Complete your missions and collect coins as you progress through the game so you could buy new gear for Barry.
4. Angry Birds Star Wars
With the force that was awakened, Angry Birds made sure that the force is strong with their newly released Angry Birds Star Wars II. Join the Pork Side and play as Emperor Palpatine or Darth Maul. For the first time ever, you could play the game as a pig. You could even become a sith master or a jedi!
5. Dumb Ways to Die
Who said that dumb can’t be adorable? This game will prove them wrong. The game consists of 15 mini games which gives you a chance to save the lives of adorable dumb creatures. Collect all characters for your train station to achieve high scores and unlock the music video.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The charity event will be streamed live from Gamescom in August.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.
I recommend Crashland's as well. Similar to Don't Starve, it's a great game, and works well on touch screens. Also on Steam.
