I would suggest that instructions be given to delete n4g cookies specifically rather than tell users to delete all cookies. This is a bit of an inconvenience as it means having to re-login to others sites.

This is how this works in Chrome and Edge.

Microsoft Edge:

1) Go to Settings.
2) Go To Site Permissions
3) Go to Cookies and Site Data
4) Click See all cookies and site data
5) In the search box, type n4g
6) Click the trash can next to n4g
7) Return to n4g and login again.

Chrome:

1) Go to Settings.
2) Scroll to Privacy and Security
3) Click Cookies and other site data
4) In the search box, type n4g
5) Click the trash can next to n4g
6) Return to n4g and login again.

I would think similar functionality is in most popular browsers.

While I get your attempt at helpfulness, doing that, I get no returns on n4g at all. And I'm sitting here typing this while logged in.

This is a shit situation for our users, but the honestly best way to do it is to clear all because sometimes they aren't found in searches. If you can specify just the n4g cookies, great, but sometimes that doesn't work.

Even then, 80% of our users are on mobile. So, it's different instructions as well, which a long list of instructions turns off people.

Personally, even with settings of clearing my cookies for N4G whenever I close the browser, it still sometimes keeps them and the only way I can clear it is to clear all time.

I'm not going to speculate on why this happens as I'm not sure how HAVA does stuff as far as validation between front-end and back-end. It just is what it is regardless of how I do it or you do it or anyone else does it. Hopefully, they find and fix the issue. I just don't know.
