Things that need to happen in Dragons Dogma 2.
1) Have the game begin where the last left off. You got chased out of the royal court after being accused by the duke of being allied with the dragon. The first quest should be to prove your innocence. Get the dragons remains and take them to gran soren. The dragon should barely be alive -- as is the duke. The duke would look into the dragons eyes as the dragon dies, then the duke dies. ( a result of his agreement he made with the dragon.
2) The next quest would be to steal dragons eggs to try and quell more dragons from tormenting the world. This quest would be a reason for the final battle at the end of the game.
3} Live online play.
4) Interactive pawns. They are somewhat already. But they say the samethings over and over and gets old after 5 minutes.
5) a better story. Don't have so many meaningless escort quests.
6) Have a story after the final battle. You work to create an affinity with someone but can do nothing with that person after the final battle.
7)The ash in the air, or whatever it is, should be in the beginning of the game as a reminder that everyone is under the dragons rule. Once the dragon is defeated his magic is lifted and the ash should disappear.
8) Abandoned buildings. You pick up things like wood, rocks, and such in your journeys. You should be able to use these things to repair old buildings and make them liveable.
9) the final battle you fight 2 dragons (whose eggs you stole earlier in the game)
10) Pawns gear should be able to be dragonforged as well.
11) make the game more progressive. meaning as you first start out you might meet goblins or something. As you level up you confront more difficult bosses like gorechimeras, dragons, and such. Have more bosses in the main game and not just the post game. I play the post game just for the challenge of all the dragons and other bosses.
12) A giant hole should not fall out of the middle of gran soren. Its amazing how you go into the everfall in the beginning of dragons dogma to investigate that weird light, and none of the chambers are anywhere to be seen. Then the everfall changes into all these chambers after the final battle.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The charity event will be streamed live from Gamescom in August.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.
Ummm... Did you beat the post game? As in completing the Everfall? Because judging from the story write up you have there you didn't.
Yeah, it looks like you're missing out on A LOT about Dragon's Dogma.
After you defeat the Dragon, there is a second half of the game where the truth of everything is revealed and depending on your choices, your "innocence" becomes completely irrelevant. Plus, you can't collect the Dragon's remains because **SPOILER** The Dragon isn't like other creatures and is actually a former Arisen that failed to defeat The Creator, thus when The Dragon dies, it vanishes.
Because The Dragon is created out of the former Arisen, it is the only one of its kind and doesn't mate so it doesn't lay eggs. There are Drakes and Wyverns around, but they aren't Dragons. This means it's impossible to steal The Dragon's eggs because The Dragon's existence is part of an unending, and unfortunately necessary, cycle. **END SPOILER**
What do you mean by "Live online play?" Do you mean PvP? That wouldn't really work with this game.
I think you mean more interactive then.
A better story I can agree with, but escort quests aren't part of that. I think you mean a better questline system
You're not under The Dragon's rule though. The Dragon is terrorizing the world. It does so as part of a cycle where it comes to the world, terrorizes it until it finds the Arisen, takes the Arisen's heart and then the Arisen goes on a journey to defeat The Dragon. **SPOILERS** Once the Arisen meets The Dragon, The Dragon offers a choice of sparing the life of the Arisen's love, abandoning the mission to defeat it and the opportunity to live forever until The Dragon is defeated, or continue with the mission and defeat The Dragon.
If the Arisen defeats The Dragon, the Everfall awakens changing the world and creating the darkened sky. This is another mission for the Arisen and is far more important. The Arisen makes its way through the Everfall and fights an undead version of The Dragon, if the Arisen succeeds, he/she gets to come face to face with God, The Creator and is offered another choice. Face The Creator in battle, or restart his/her life so that he/she never becomes the Arisen and can live a normal life. If you face The Creator and win, you become The Creator. If you face The Creator and lose, you become The Dragon. And that's the whole point of the game. **END SPOILERS*
Why would you need to live in Abandoned buildings beyond having a rest stop?
Again, you can't steal non-existent Dragon Eggs and why should you fight 2 Dragons anyway when 1 is hard enough?
Agree about Pawns gear.
The game is progressive based on area, not level.
You seem to have some problems understanding some basics about the game. When you first go to the Everfall, you don't get to explore the deep recesses of it, but that doesn't mean they aren't there. Plus, the Everfall is where The Creator lives, and that's the God of the whole game, laws of physics don't apply.
Live online play meaning where you and a friend can fight together with your arisens and main pawns you created.
Yes I completed the post game - 7 times. The seneschal quest is the worst quest on the game.
The people fear the dragon and the power of the dragon. So, YES, the people are under the dragon's rule. Until the dragon is dead the people will always live in fear.
I do not think there should be any escort quests. Its a waste of time.
Why not have something like a market where you can buy things like giant kept fish or sour ambrosial meat, and things like that?
Why would you need to live in Abandoned buildings beyond having a rest stop?
Why does the Arisen have to pay at the inn when he has a house in his hometown? Why cant you rest or save your game at your house?
Why cant the arisen have other bldgs .... like safehouses or something..... where he can rest and save your game in other places besides cities?
You seriously have a hard time beating a drake?I have beaten a drake numerous times and lost 0 health. 2 would be a challenge but it could be done. It would not be a s hard as fighting the UR Dragon which I have beaten as well numerous times.Drakes are easy to beat. All the dragons have patterns or habits they do. You just have to know what to look for.
