I think it has already been confirmed that Apple and Steamm aren't working on a console and i don't think Wii U will drop the name cause if they wanted to drop the Wii name, they would have done it from the beginning.
My predictions
1. Nintendo will steal the show and will have a surprise showing of GTA V on the Wii U.
2. Sony will try and keep the hype going with Vita and will announce a price drop for the Playstation 3 just before the show.
3. Microsoft will show off the latest Call of Duty, have some well known guest appearance playing a Kinect title showing it's for the hardcore and will announce an official price cut of both Kinect and the XBOX 360.
This are stupid prediction.Apple makes his own conference and valve alrady told that they would be showing nothing new at E3.Gabe alrady told rumor about apple/valve never happened.
No new console hardware from MS and Sony. Only nintendo.
