"It's finally happened. A long awaited and long expected Elder Scrolls MMORPG has been announced for release in 2013 for the PC and Mac. The Elder Scrolls Online isn't being developed by Bethesda and may have some stark differences to the Elder Scrolls franchise as the world knows it so far; which has me wondering if simply being an Elder Scrolls MMORPG is enough." -Shaw

Pete Hines: “Truthfully, I still think Bethesda is just part of something that is not authentic and is not genuine. And that shouldn't be a surprise to you.”

Check out some of the rewards you can unlock and acquire in ESO’s first ever Tamriel Tome, arriving April 2, 2026.
I dislike that it's probably going to lack real time combat. They should have combat like demons and dark souls, Locks on to just one player, I think it would be manageable in an mmo setting.
Is it hard with todays tech to build a more realistic looking mmorpg? I understand that u build for medium or lower settings to get a larger audience. But, to be honest, swtor runs at higher settings and i would prefer it had been more realistic. Is is simply an art choice? Is the tech unable to run good looking mmos, like a skyrim looking mmo?
