You also probably know that, while the protagonist's name is Edward Carnaby, he has absolutely nothing in common with the original, more dapper Carnaby of the first game. Not much, I'll tell you, because for a game that was supposed to be coming in March (itself a delay from a 2007 release), we've not heard much new info for a while. So don't act too surprised, then, at news it's been delayed for a second time, this time to September. Bummer.

If Sony allowed subscriptions to be sold by third party sellers like they did in the PS4 days, you would not have this problem.
That's why everyone should get their subscriptions now as last years days of play was may 29 to 12th of june. Mine is expiring on the 7th so i will just get essential or possibly extra this year.
And you can atleast get 15 days of extra or premium at 33% off to try it out.
You used to be able to stack you Sub with these deals it would be good to do this as I'm not paying 214 for deluxe again

Hopefully Destiny 2 The Final Shape comes with a free gear level upgrade like last year’s PS Plus offering. To bring you up to speed with all the content and everyone else. I still need to do a Nightfall Strike on Grandmaster difficulty, but ain’t got time to grind.

None of those deals are of any great consequence to me. I was hoping they would bring back the special themed hardware after a 5 year break. They had it in 2018 and 19 and nothing for 20-24. 25 could have been the year to bring it back.
To be fair he right about the special edition days of play controllers and hardware. They could of at least made a controller and limited edition ps5 side plates for the event.

Both DoP 2018 and 19 had special themed PS4 slim. I have both and while they did not do them again in 20-24.... I was hoping they would bring it back in 25 with a special themed PS5 slim or even Pro.
This is their way to counter Nintendo Switch 2 launch week. I might get the discounted annual premium subs, but I think the game lineup is weak.
That games lineup is huge. It’s got new games on there and really good ones like Tekken 8. The PlayStation 5 being cheaper than the switch 2 is a counter in and of itself. Early adopters are early adopters. It will sell well, but not as good as the original switch. Not with that price and a far more capable machine with real online available for less. I think old Reggie said it best. Nintendo thrived on innovation and pushing new ideas. Not just rereleasing better versions of what it already had. The Wii was a massive success. The Wii U…. The 3DS was a big success, the DS XL… The switch huge success. The switch 2….. we will see.
This game is becoming the next Duke Nukem Forever. It was supposed to come out in late 2005 and later 2006... 2007... now late 2008.
