
From the looks of things, Pokémon has taken another shift in its gameplay. Nintendo’s upcoming 3DS title, Pokémon Conquest, is looking much like a Final Fantasy Tactics rather than the normal Turn-based RPG we have grown rather accustomed to.

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

The Nintendo DS has some amazing titles available. Here are some of the best nostalgic games that every child of the DS era grew up playing.
I enjoyed both Rush games, I did think the action was sometimes too fast to see what was coming up in terms of hazards though, which meant replaying the same stage a bunch of times, other than that they were enjoyable, good special stages, 3D sections and bosses for the most part.
DS is one of the best consoles of all time. Such a rich library of software
Zelda were all glorious on it.
