I dont believe it'll release in August, but we'll see what happens

Acquiescence5161d ago

If the game is all finished and raring to go by that time though, then I'll be giddy as hell. Can't wait to play this.

gaffyh5161d ago

It's probably a good date though, because not many games come out in August, most of the big releases wait for September-November.

I sorry people, once this game comes out it will flop...and it will flop hard.mark my words..

Acquiescence5161d ago

You post in the comments section of enough DmC articles to show that you care a great deal. If you truly didn't care then you wouldn't even be writing your contradictory fluff in the first place.

AgentSmith5161d ago

Wow Why would you say that? Ninja Theory's track record says other wise!

STONEY45161d ago (Edited 5161d ago )

I loved (LOVED) Heavenly Sword and Enslaved, but this... I don't know. It doesn't seem like Ninja Theory's style. It honestly doesn't look that good. They should have picked someone like Platinum Games.

Kenshin_BATT0USAI5161d ago

Their track record says it will flop...in sales and quality. Have you been paying any attention at all? xD

AgentSmith5161d ago

Their last two games received an 82 and 79 meta critic rating! Those aren't flops, to me it seemed like a great showcase of talent from a small studio!

Lord_Sloth5161d ago

Sales suggest they were flops.

Roccetarius5161d ago

They were mediocre games at best. Also, they'll blame someone else if the game doesn't sell. It's what they did with the previous games.

Ninja Theory doesn't have a clue about what to do with the DMC franchise.

Because the anime is on Netflix and we gotta ride that DMC in the news again wave.

You sound like you’re just a ton of fun to be around.

franwex401d ago

It’s been sitting in my backlog for a while now. One of the first games I wanted to try for this current gen due to the long load times of previous gen. I’ll get around to it soon!

Zenzuu401d ago

One of the best, stylish, and fun action slasher on the system. You definitely should get to it, as soon as you can.

solideagle400d ago

they are taking way too much time with DMC6...

VersusDMC400d ago

The DMC5 team went on to make Dragons Dogma 2, the DMC director (3,4,5) left capcom to make an action game at another studio and the rumor is that a DMC remake is next...so i wouldn't hold my breath on DMC6.

Everytime its on sale I think about buying it but never do. I only played the orginal and somr of 3 so I guess that's part of it.
