GNT: Bullet-hell shooters are like marmite: you either love them, constantly trying to beat that last high score, or hate them, finding the twitch-reaction gameplay tedious. For those in the former category, Dodonpachi Resurrection, the 5th in the manic shooter series developed by Cave, is one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in a long time. For those in the latter camp, this game may not change your opinion of bullet-hell shooters as a whole, but it oozes with so much charm and the gameplay is so addictive that you may find yourself hooked onto this one regardless.
