Sure, my new Shepard looks sexier and younger but let’s be honest here, most of us want to continue the story with the same character. Thankfully, BioWare has finally resolved this problem and the first patch of the game – that does not have currently any ETA – will include this fix."

To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

YES finally, I have had to edit my first 2 Shepard characters from what they initially were. I didn't mind it so much because the first was really dull looking so I "updated" him a bit, and the second one was the same character I re-imported into ME2 but I can't do it with any of my other characters.
I am quite disappointed since I realised that they took out facial scars though, probably my favourite character has a huge scar across her nose and I have become more than used to seeing it since it is one of her most prominent features. But now it'll be gone. :(
