How about the original Legend of Zelda remade with the Echoes of Wisdom engine. Maybe throw in added dungeons, or expand the map to make the game longer than the original.

Link should have a voice in The Legend of Zelda Movie. While he mostly stays quiet in the games, he canonically does speak but usually holds back on expressing his thoughts. In a movie format, it is better for the character and the story itself that Link speaks.
I just hope it's not a bunch MCU Snarky McJokeface dialog. Started playing veilguard free on PSN (would not recommend) and it's a perfect example of how dialog in contemporary entertainment is garbage.
I cannot believe that some people think every zelda is the same what about every shooter being the same Zelda is innovative in every way possible
When we live in an age where Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 outsells most games put together, I find it really shocking that gamers have the audacity to say that Legend of Zelda has become too formulaic despite the evolutions and changes the series has undergone. To each their own, I suppose.
yeah even if you like the zelda formula the the seris has gone way too far away from it.
i remember when zelda 1 was about exploration
and the seris stayed like that until 2003 when it became more about puzzles which i wouldn't mind if the exploration wasn't hindered by being anchored to a vehicle/bird.
Those method of travel aren't really the problem it's more nintendo seems to think you can't can never get out of a boat when there's water around,i seem to recall link could swim. the bird thing makes since you get off a bird in the middle of flight you fall to your death but they could of made there more land to go to.
