The freaks at NetherRealm Studios could have easily dropped the PlayStation 3 version onto Sony's handheld, wiped their blood-stained hands and moved on. Instead, they took that PS3 edition and heavily modified it to create the most feature-packed MK we've seen.

A brutal reset, a smarter story, and a return to what made it great—Mortal Kombat (2011) revived the series.
15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.

I do hope the next MK iteration goes back to the core of what made these characters appeal in the first place. A few of them lost their edge - I think I've had enough with some of the auntie designs 😂

I cant wait to see what else they have in the oven ... E3 might b a good Vita party this year!
