Really a non-issue. Tutorial levels usually last only a few minutes.

I just ignore them. If they're mandatory, I try to get through them quickly.

Also, to play devil's advocate; sometimes the controls are different from other games and it helps to have that little "cheat sheet" to show you how to properly play the game. For example, Halo Anniversary, Team Fortress 2 and Gears of War all have different reload buttons.
