To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.

None of those are particularly hard to find. And don't exactly link back to stuff in prior games. Actual easter-eggs are things like refund-guy, and the guy who married his dead brother's wife. You know, the little NPC stories told in the background of all three games.
And regarding the Tali/Garrus stuff... Christ. ME1 and ME2 were... tolerable, but any "relationship" dialog in ME3 is just... absolutely awful. I cringed so hard I split a lip.
