Basically what the man is saying that the way to bring gaming back to the great art form that it once was is to invest in Nintendo. Nintendo is the only true gaming company remaining on the battlefield today. Nintendo competitors have transformed into media hubs with knock off versions of Nintendos motion innovations. Realistically why would any self respecting gamer buy a knockoff version of a well established product. A superior product at that. A superior product with amazing award winning exclusives that can only be found with Nintendo.

To this very day Nintendo is the one responsible for doing motion controls correctly. Landing multiple AAA motion controlled exclusives that are heads and shoulders superior to that of Nintendo competitors. It has also been noted that touch screen is the way of the future. Something that Nintendos next up and coming gaming console the Nintendo Wii U supports right out of the box.

With the best exclusives around combined with being the well known masters of videogame innovation, there is no reason to not invest in Nintendo. Nintendo is a company with honor and pride.A company that takes care of its fanbase. A company that does whats right for gaming. That does not follow the competitions lead like other rival companies. Nintendo has been known to dance to the beat of their own drum, and they dance to that beat very well.

Just as many other Nintendo innovations in the past. Motion controls, and touch screens as of recent. The Nintendo Wii U tablet controller will shake the very foundation that the videogame world rests on. Forcing competitors to strive for innovation, and overall lead the gaming industry in the right direction.

All in all injecting fun once again into the core of the gaming industry. There will be more info on the Nintendo Wii U throughout 2012.

Pre order Kid Icarus Uprising for your Nintendo 3DS console.

I don't agree with that. I WISH I could agree with that. But buying habits and customer opinions prove otherwise

We've seen developers in the AAA space try new things and ideas. More often than not, the customers aren't willing to give things a chance, or not enough people buy into the project for it to grow.

Creativity works better in the indie space because the budgets, pressures, and expectations aren't the same.

it's a nice idea and it worked during the PS2/PS3-era when AAA didn't cost hundreds of millions of dollars. smaller budgets and shorter development time left room for more creativity and more risk. a game didn't need to sell 4 million+ copies to break even. things are different now.

This is the guy who bragged about crunching his staff and having them work through the night. Crunch culture has lost more talent and done more damage to the industry than any other factor. Screw him.
