Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.

Let me leave you with this tip when taking on the Atlas's (huge mechs) one of your special missiles can take it out. Don't use the missiles until the later rounds, take out the first two atlas's conventionally (silver), not until atlas's and phatoms appear together is it worth using one of your two missiles, as that's when they will help out the most. Also if you line them up one missile can take out two maybe three atlas's.
