Gaming Blend "The hot debate over the past week has been about day-one downloadable content. Day-one DLC isn't anything new, however the debate kicked into high gear after a lot of gamers found out about the leaked day-one DLC for Mass Effect 3, which has a lot of people asking is it acceptable?"

One of the best things about the Mas Effect series is the companions you meet along the way. So here is a tier list of all the companions from Mass Effect!
To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.

This Canada Day, explore our homeland with the best video games that have adapted or reimagined the Great White North in digital form.
NO and you're an absolute idiot if you think otherwise. When the content is on the disc, its even more unacceptable. Period.
These kind of DLCs should be unlockable or rewarded to games having achievements/trophies. O well, gamers would buy it anyway.
no!, next question :p
I like DLC, but anything within a month of its release date is too soon.
I love how he mentions the Elder Scrolls games, anybody remember that Horse armour? What a waste of money.
Day-One DLC is completely un-acceptable in my opinion, when you pay $60 (or £40 in my case) for a brand new game you expect to have everything included with that complete package.
If they made this DLC in the 3 months between the day when the the game went Gold and now then it should be included as a free day one download for those people who buy the game new a.k.a Enter in the code that gives them access to the alliance network. It should be a reward for those who buy new NOT another way of extorting money out of paying customers.
