It seems like bundling games with consoles is a good idea these days (Look at the Wii and Wiisport in America, or Wiiplay and its extra controller). Well, Capcom wants to get a piece of it, and today, the boxart for the console bundle in Japan has been revealed. Now the white one looks sexy!
With the release of the Devil May Cry series on Netflix, we take a moment to look back on this almost 20-year-old series and let you know the best of the best.

5. DMC4 7.5/10 (Hated Nero, repeat bosses, Dante was the saving grace but only about half the game)
4. DmC 7.5/10 (solid overall, some great ideas, meh story, dialog sucked, and the director almost killed DMC)
3. DMC1 8.5/10 (all around solid)
2. DMC5 9/10 (carried by Dante & Nero gameplay, I didn’t like V’s, Nero’s better but still not a fan)
1. DCM3 10/10 (chef’s kiss)

I think all of them are worth playing in their own right honestly, except 2 unless you REALLY want to experience the whole series.
I honestly don't know what the author was smoking, personally I'd rank DMC3 as no.1, maybe DMC5 as second, DMC1 as third, DMC4 as fourth, and DMC as fifth and DMC2 last. such a bizarre list, mybe the author just has strange taste.

This and putting DMC 2 number 2 is all I need to ignore this ranking. DMC2 is absolute trash and it's clear this person doesn't understand exactly why.

2 and 4 are trash, didnt like any of them.
5 has very good gameplay variety but i hated the foes.. it is just insects the whole time. Reboot has the best foes for me
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them

God DMC2 was an awful game.

Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...
5, 3, 1, 4, 2.
I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.
But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me
This right here is my order as I thought DMC 5 was amazing and obviously 3 comes after 4 was great and 1 for the nastilgic value it holds 2 was so terrible that my local GameStop gave full refunds to people who returned it.
Two Devil May Cry games have been delisted on Steam. As shared on X, formerly Twitter, by Wario64, Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition and Devil May Cry 4 are no longer available to purchase.
Bless the adorably all digital future! When it comes to PC games its not as big of an issue because there should always be another way to access single player games, but still, I hate to see anything get delisted.
Well, DMC4 special edition has a lot of issues to run from Steam.
I have to get a modded executable to even be able to run the game on Windows 10.
Not sure if it is because the game runs in DirectX10 or what, but it sucks they have not even tried to fix it.
DMC4 Special Edition is not delisted, it was just the standard version, it has nothing to do with issues of performance or anything alike. Its just that Capcom probably do not want to sell the standard version, neither the standalone DMC3 version.

God damn I want this bundle!! But I already have one :( Too bad it's the 40gb or they could have sweetened the deal by throwing in the first 3 DMC's (yes even 2) and the anime.
Capcom needs to stop crying to gamers about their own bad decisions.
They made the decision to downgrade DMC4 to be able to run on the weak 360 graphics hardware. Acting shocked and surprised that gamers aren't interested in supporting lowest common denominator crap is just pathetic.
Capcom is reaping what they have sown.
2008 has an absolute insane number of real next gen PS3 games coming out. It is going to take years to restore Capcom's shattered reputation.
A white PS3? This was the perfect time to make a limited edition red or wine colored PS3. Since there's nothing special about this PS3 I don't know if it'll sell out or not. I'm not sure just how popular DMC is in a Japan that's becoming more and more nongame centric.
If I saw this next to a 360 Arcade Bundle and a Wii Sports bundle. I would go strait to the DMC4 PS3 bundle oh yeah.
