if the 3ds which had one of the worst launches is doing fine now when it had no games for 6 months, no services,and priced way too high for what it was capable of, then Im not sure why they would say that about the vita.

isnt the real lunch for u.s.a 22? 15 one was supose to be for thous who cant wait and have to much money on their hand to waste instead of waiting for the 22 one they prob waste money on a 4gb and a ugly game and a case that prob one better can be bought for less.

If it fails it will fail. Why the premature negativity? I have never seen a generation so hellbent on things failing before. I didn't see anyone predicting or celebrating the Dreamcast's failure.

my only two gripes is 1) the remote play does not work.. I was really expecting streaming sling box style for all ps3 games
2) they really need to make a partnership with google to have the android market on their back

I'm the staunchest Sony defender around (within the realms of non-fanboy sanity), but the ommission of a decent internal memory, I believe Sony have doomed themselves to failure....
Either they should have included 32gig standard in the machine, or they should be packaging a 16gig (or even bettter 32gig) card with the unit.
They have screwed over there fanbase by offering up yet another confusing memory card system..

I mean, plenty of people ain't tech savvy & don't know a Memory stick pro duo from a memory stick pro, or a sd card from a mini sd card....It's rough, & it's scummy from manufacturers to have all these different, expensive, formats.
And seeing as MSProDuo's are now obsolete, where the hell is consumer confidence in yet another dumb asses format & blatent money grab attempt. I really didn't expect this from Sony, as they usually are good with this kind of thing, compared to others (in the PS side anyway), like how there controllers & memory cards have almost always crossed over console to console.
