AppGamer: Back in July last year I reviewed the iPad version of Ant Raid. With the announcement of an iPhone version, I was worried that it would lose something in the translation but, despite the smaller screen, Ant Raid has managed to keep its charm and the fun gameplay intact.

Triverse writes, "If you have been avoiding HeroCraft’s Any Raid game due to there not being demo available then you have no excuse now. HeroCraft have just released a two level demo for their popular title about the tiniest workers in nature."

AR: I wasnt really sure what to expect when I downloaded Ant Raid. I thought it might be another bug smasher game. There is a little of that in there, but there is also some other strategies needed to beat the levels. The overall plot of the game is to keep the ant’s home save from the other insects. The insects have been infected and are pretty much zombies. Okay, that right there grabbed my attention.

Pocket Gamer: A casual glance in Ant Raid's direction might lead you to suspect that it's a casual real-time strategy game, overrun with cute stylised insects and lush, cheery greenery for backgrounds.
Get about eight levels in, however, and you'll discover a savagely difficult RTS that seems calculated to make you walk a constant knife edge between failure and success.
