VRFocus - Last week VRFocus reported on the launch of House of Secret's virtual reality (VR) snowboarding demo. At the time it was perhaps the first snowboarding experience to be available for a VR head-mounted display (HMD). Just a short while later and another snowboarding title has launched a demo compatible with Oculus Rift VR HMD. That title is Summit X Snowboarding, a PC port of an iOS and Android title from Free Range Games.
Chris Buffa (Modojo): At this point, it's a bit of a surprise that iPhone and iPad users don't have a go to snowboarding game, especially one along the lines of EA's SSX series (you listening, Gameloft?).
To that end, we crossed our fingers in the hopes that Com2uS USA's SummitX Snowboarding would fill the void, delivering the sort of arcade experience we've craved for years.
