just cancel this crap game for gods sake!

Snookies125200d ago

Hahaha, was about to come in here and comment, "No DMC hopefully ever!" Yet you beat me to it... XD

Nah, for all those people that want to play it, be my guest. I just cannot for multiple reasons and being a long-time fan of the series, I can't support this. :\

LOGICWINS5200d ago

Mmm...somehow, I think Capcom will be able to get past the major blow of losing your support for the latest DMC.

Snookies125200d ago

That's fine, I'm not here to please Capcom. They should cater to fans, not throw them to the curb. Any company like that is going to lose support, and I think there are more than a few DMC fans who would agree this game is not what it should be.

Besides, I didn't say you couldn't enjoy the game. Anyone who does is fine with me, I'm just saying as a long time fan it's looking to be a bit of a letdown is all.

"just cancel this crap game for gods sake!"

OR...you could just not buy it and let the people who are interested in it enjoy it.

Anyways, I think its a good decision, not because I don't want to see DMC come out in 2012, but more because I think that Capcom should concentrate their advertising efforts on RE6. They can turn that into this years BIGGEST blockbuster if they market it right..especially with the new RE movie coming out this year.

"crap game" wow...... just wow.

You clearly arent fourteen. *eyeroll*

tehpees35200d ago (Edited 5200d ago )

Oh man have they actually gone and cancelled it? Finally a smart decision by Capcom. Provided it is cancelled and not delayed.

When the developer behind it doesn't even know what year Devil May Cry came out you know they don't have a clue what they are doing. Hinting to when the NT producer said its not the same as it was 12 years ago and it came out later than then. Doesn't even know the year it came out.

Game release = 2001
Article date = 2010

Kyosuke_Sanada5200d ago

Aww.....I wanted to see it bomb today... :(

Mikhail5200d ago

Capcom just suffered massive losses. They cant split their resources advertising this game with RE6 coming out.

I swear I really do beleive some you people are truly living the life of a stereotypical gamer, The fat 30 something still living at home with your parents, no girlfriend no job, no life other then gaming. either that or some of you are immature kids who don't understand that if a company put money into a game and it does not sell well it could possibly cause them to lay off causing people their jobs. I heard some people were even threatening the developer lives, that's just as ignorant as you can get and shows you have no life at all. If you don't like something just stay away from it.

gotgame19855198d ago

You are telling me to calm down when people were threatening these developers live over a game, do you really think that is normal. I don't care about people having an opinion and not liking the game, but it's never ok to threaten someones live over a game. If you spent 60 bucks on it and did not like that's your fault cause you didn't do your home work. hell God Of War 3 disappointing to
me but I didn't even complain at all about how they over promise on that game.

Lex_Dangerously 5198d ago

You aren't doing squat talking about it on N4G. That's the part that amuses me. You're on some crusade on a video game website.

It's cute.

You sound like you’re just a ton of fun to be around.

franwex378d ago

It’s been sitting in my backlog for a while now. One of the first games I wanted to try for this current gen due to the long load times of previous gen. I’ll get around to it soon!

Zenzuu378d ago

One of the best, stylish, and fun action slasher on the system. You definitely should get to it, as soon as you can.

solideagle378d ago

they are taking way too much time with DMC6...

VersusDMC378d ago

The DMC5 team went on to make Dragons Dogma 2, the DMC director (3,4,5) left capcom to make an action game at another studio and the rumor is that a DMC remake is next...so i wouldn't hold my breath on DMC6.
