Thank goodness for DRM free... That instantly makes a game more appealing to me on PC. Knowing that I don't have to worry over that kind of crap.

I stopped buying PC games because of DRM.

It's think it's absurd that the only people who have trouble playing PC games are people who legally purchase them.

I'll be picking up Rayman Origins for my PS Vita.. It seems to be a sort of pick up 'n' up title that's best suited to be played on a handheld imo

That isn't to say that it doesn't play well on consoles & PC.. but.. I don't know, I just think it's awesome when it's played on a handheld.. especially with the Vita's gorgeous & vibrant screen. Same goes for the Metal Gear Solid Collection.. Going to spend alot of countless hours & nights on that one, for sure. :)

Great game.

Especially with family/friends, haha.

This game is BOSS!
My favorite platformer since portal. Portal counts right?

Still dont no what version to get. PS3, Vita or PC.

I hope there is a Vita demo. There isnt much difference in the PS3 and PC, PS3 already runs at 1080p

john25226d ago

will get it for PC. There is no real difference between all versions, but I prefer my multi-platform games on the PC

i think they should try to make a rayman 3D open world game for PS5 & Xbox Series X

PS-Gamer-19861619d ago

Still waiting for an origins and legends successor. My wife and i were addicted to these games at the time.

IanTH1619d ago (Edited 1619d ago )

I'll be curious if they make one. If they do, it won't look like they did, at least. Ubisoft retired the UbiArt framework used to make these games, apparently because the tools were too hard to work with across their many studios. Which is a bummer for sure, as I feel those games having a fairly unique aesthetic also benefitted them.

EDIT: Apparently I misremembered. They did say "hence the decision to temporarily put it aside", but they also said "it’s still there, and you will see other things using it". So it sounds like a new game could possibly still use UbiArt.

Fantastic game. Have great memories playing Origins on the Vita.

I will say though, around 2/3s of Origins' levels can actually be unlocked in the even better Rayman Legends which you can find dirt cheap these days.

Legends has so much variety and those music levels are amazing.

Loved the rayman games especially origins and legends.

Even the first Rayman game is still worth picking.
