AppAdvice: Blot ($0.99) by Majestic Software is perhaps the best hand-drawn game. Ever. No, I’m sure there are other contenders out there, but Blot certainly ranks up there.

This probably explains the existence of Majestic Software's Blot, a game that for all intents and purposes plays almost exactly like Halfbrick's Jetpack Joyride. Thankfully, it's more than a cheap cash-in.

Its level backgrounds are made up of pencil drawings on the lined paper of a school exercise book - the kind of sketches produced by an artistic pupil possessed of too much imagination to resort to the phallic doodles of his or her peers.
