Will Razer's gaming tablet, Project Fiona, be a success? Does Nintendo have any interest in entering the tablet market? Plus, will Bethesda release another chapter in The Elder Scrolls saga?

Pete Hines: “Truthfully, I still think Bethesda is just part of something that is not authentic and is not genuine. And that shouldn't be a surprise to you.”

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

The new Blade 16 remains the definitive ultra-portable flagship in Razer’s family of high-performance Blade gaming laptops and with deeper immersive game play than ever before.
if nintendo made a tablet then it would be as powerful as a 3ds with resistive touch screen
Does Nintendo have any interest in the tablet market? What a stupid question. Of course they do. Its called the Wii-U controller and it's Nintendo's answer to the tablet craze.
All next gen consoles will have tablet support. Mark my work. Pach-man knows I'm right.
Getting into a market Apple owns is stupid. It will end badly.
no controls equals worthless for games
why buy that tablet?
When you can have a console and really own the game?
its dumb
Gaming is the last thing on consumer's minds when they're deciding on whether to buy a tablet.
