I don't think its over-exaggerating to make the presumption of a Half Life 3 announcement this year. You're right, it won't release this year, but, I think following the release of DOTA 2 and Counter Strike Valve might begin to tease the title.

A full Assassin's creed sequel was confirmed for 2012

Kinect 2 will not be released for 360 it would cause to much market confusion with kinect games not working right on the millions of Kinects already out there. It will come to the next box tho but that is not due until 2013...

And is there any doubt there is going to be a COD game? They have said project Iron Wolf is coming this year, and it's not like the story really matters it will play pretty much the same anyway.
