Game-Smack Ireland: After rumblings for the past few days, Resident Evil 6 has been announce and should it get fans of the series excited? Oh hell yes! The game sees the return of Leon Kennedy and Chris looks like he's laid off the steroids.
What should be really noted is at the 1:18 mark, it looks like Leon is aiming and walking at the same time. Although it sounds stupid this could mean a lot for people who have been begging for Capcom to finally allow this.
A new rating of Resident Evil 6 for Xbox has been spotted, which could suggest that it's getting a current gen port for Xbox Series X/S and PS5.

I loved Resident Evil 4 back in the day and enjoyed Resident Evil 5 even though I had to do co-op to beat the final boss. Shiva was just too dumb.
Resident Evil 6 on the other hand, was so bad that I stopped playing after an hour in the game. That was before I even played any high-quality single-player games outside of Mass Effect, Portal, and Skyrim. I can't imagine playing RE6 now.
Chances are their next remake will be 5.
I just don't get why it's already on the platforms via BC unless it's a remake which would piss everyone off as fans are hoping for either the original game or code veronica to get the remake treatment

If I remember correctly, people complained about the lack of run and gun not walk and aim. Leon actually stops when he pulls the trigger. Sigh....I really don't care what other people want. I just want to play.
Why people insist on demanding this feature, haven't they played the first 3 RE's? It's not like zombies can run or are shooting at you which would make it necessary.
If they allow this it should drastically decrease the accuracy to make it realistic and not too easy.
it's sad that this is a feature we're hoping for. because, you know, other games haven't already had this feature for the past 20 years.
If this does not at least equal Dead Space quality gameplay , I will consider this iteration a failure.
