Joel Taveras of DualShockers writes, "I’m not here to talk about how bad officially licensed games are. No, that would be too easy. We all know the story too well: for every one Arkham Asylum, we get forty Iron Man games. It’s simple as that. What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.

If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."

Marvel vs D.C. Rated M for mature along with a Rated R movie in theatres. Choose your side..., but seriously as maria said do not rely on the license. Make a fun game that does not need a gimmick and make the core game mechanics fun. If needed think about what made Spider-Man 2 so great even with its annoying little girl lost her balloon again flaws people still loved it.
