While I'm really wanting this, there's one thing that throws me off.

BioWare is developing this? Why? They're RPG developers that are starting to fail making RPGs, why are they suddenly making not only an RTS game, but a sequel to one of the most popular RTS games ever released in the C&C franchise?

Whatever, I'm hoping that this'll be as awesome as I think it'll be.

I don't know if you've been following the CnC franchise over the last few years, but EA has been trying as hard as they can to milk it. CnC4 being a complete joke, RA3 being a step backwards from RA2, Tiberium (which was cancelled, for not meeting EA quality standards; which probably mean it waas about as bad as Big Rigs, seeing how EA has shown in the past they were willing to publish bottom of the barrel trash to make a buck), etc.

I assume this game has absolutely nothing to do with Bioware (the ones who made the RPGs) as it is the same CnC game that was made by Victory, which is now called Bioware Victory; which likely means little to no staff from Bioware are actually going to work on this game. I could be wrong though.

Is developing by a new Bioware studio,Bioware Victory.Actually is the same studio(EALA team)who give us previous Command & Conquer games but with new name from now.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing60d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit60d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing60d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9260d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
