With the holidays now behind us, Nintendo's fledgling 3DS system is rapidly approaching its one-year anniversary. Despite a rough debut, the system is now rapidly gaining steam, not only outpacing its predecessor, but the remarkable success of the Wii home console as well. Few would accuse either of those platforms of being sales disasters - and now the much-critiqued 3DS is surging past them. It has now crossed the 4 million units sold mark in Japan and North America each.
A new Animal Crossing or a Kid Icarus: Uprising remaster would be perfect on the Switch 2.
Resident Evil Remake titles were a massive success for Capcom. Despite the success, the company should revisit the Revelations games for a breath of fresh air.
They were ok, but I prefer the main-line entries than the Berger episodic spin-offs.
Now, if they want to do an episodic RE game give us a legit Outbreak File 3 or just remaster the last 2.
Ive not heard one person ask for Revelation remakes. They were never really that great but good enough for a spin off. I wouldn't mind a remake but it would have to be a complete overhaul. Outbreak on the other hand people have been asking to be remade forever at this point. Maybe one day 🙏
Dude I loved Outbreak and I think it’s the perfect MP game for the RE series. It’s co-op where everyone can either help each other through a chapter or everyone breaks off to solve the puzzles and meet up to finish faster and take on a boss.
None of this REsistance or whatever the last MP game was. I don’t understand why it’s a game that hasn’t been remastered or just straight ported to current-gen.
They were meh. Their current output with remakes and new games is pretty good. 5 good RE games since RE7 in 2017.
No need to dillure the brand with more RE. Especially with more Revelations which is just watered down mainline RE.
Something like outbreak would be better. Kinda wish they did a scaled-down version of outbreak with RE3, RE8 instead of REVerse and Resistance.

Yep this shows how bad a digital world is now well for the old titles new games disc or not the drm is there but you can get the old games on dvd then try to monkey the last pre drm update onto the game files.
I love GOG for this reason i saw that skyrim bs update so i know not to run that version as gog you can select what patch to download/install with capcom hopefully we get a list of the update numbers that add this horrific drm.
With denuvo as a alder lake pc user it still has issues with E cores and i remember when the servers were taken offline forcing hundreds of games to be paperweights.

It's also really annoying how they can cut or change content later, like the Skull Girls controversy, a decade later after the game came out, they decide to censor it. The game is a decade old, if it's not broken, leave it, adding DRM back into older games is BS.

Good point even major sp games got the cut after the fact be it last of us with maps/art or gta 5 removing stuff in the world.
Cyberpunk ps4 day one disc copy the sept build still has stuff the other versions no longer have.
With the gta 6 controversy right now i think back to the days of saints row creating a character beating up cops with a dildo bat and now we have elon crying over gta 6 guns killing cops i bet you if they made saints row 2 hd they would half to cut half the games content or go to jail lol also sad.

Still going to wait for the slim version with the added second analouge stick. I've waited this long I may aswell hold out waiting a bit longer. Least then when I get one I have a ton of games to choose from.
Although lets face it, the 3DS only got it's self fully going thanks to the PSV making Nintendo drop the price.
3DS is about to kill this year i hope Bravely Default Flying comes to the states.
