360 Magazine: Hitman Aboslution may look impressive, but has IO Interactive been watching too many films during development of its latest adventure or Agent 47?

IO Interactive has had some big things to celebrate this fall, including the 25th anniversary of its "Hitman" franchise.

Feral Interactive will release IO Interactive-developed stealth action game Hitman: Absolution for Switch on November 13 for $29.99 / £19.99 / €24.99, the developer announced.

IO Interactive art director Rasmus Poulsen tells Pocket Tactics how Patrick Gibson's James Bond is influenced by unexpected places in 007 First Light.
I mean as someone who grew up playing all the 007 ganes, this fits right in. The games have always been like that. Start slow and sneaky, sh#t hits the fan and it turns onto an action set piece.
I really hope in the future any other Bond games made by different developers will use their own Bond and Universe rather than just using whoever is playing Bond in the films. It's a video game, they should have the freedom to do their own take rather than being restricted by what the films are doing.
Hopefully outfits and Easter eggs found in this game won't just all be of Craigs era, really want to see some original Sean Connery stuff.
Ahhh. Blood Money was brilliant. I didn't play it.
Yes.
Stealth!! Thats all that is needed to make this game good. SC Conviction made me sad because of the short length and action focus. Hitman Blood Money on the other hand is still one of my favourite 360 games. I regret trading it away.
It looks really good to me.
No. This will be the best hitman game yet. Stealth games need a reminder of what makes them good. Fiber wire is a step in the right direction.
