if the 360 is selling like crazy then the PS3 must be on fire cause its selling more then the 360 worldwide. Stop getting fooled by the US media, yes the 360 sold 1.7m in Nov but the PS3 outsold the 360 the previous 10 months.

unless nintendo can get some fantastic launch titles for the wiiu i doubt that it'll have much of an impact on either x360 or ps3 this year, it'll be launching and probably at a steep price if they hope to have a better set of hardware than the ps3. btw, the wiiu will likely have a Q4 launch, which wont bother the ps3 much, rather it would kill the x360 sales. playstation depends the least on Q4 sales out of all the other consoles. without Q4 sales ps3 would still be strong, if the x360 or wii lost Q4 sales they would plummet.

the vita is doing better than the 3DS did at its launch, so the vitas doing fine, and with all the games that are announced it'll probably gain momentum pretty well

the x360 is only doing so-so, it would take a pretty big miracle for microsoft to not have the least consoles sold in 2011. this will be the third year in a row that x360 has sold the least consoles, microsoft will likely continue this next year as this year their stated goal was to be the best selling console, and even with all the spent money they're still the worst selling console.

so no, i doubt that playstation will have a tough year ahead of it, if anything they'll be most troubled with the vita, but i think they're going to be fine next year.

they should know that we are OG fans of VIII as it sold truckload as well. not as much as VII or X. I personally didn't like IX but X and VI are my personal fav.

Shadow Hearts 2 covenant is another game I love. I hope one day someone can make remake, I would be delighted
