
LAG - "The year of 2011 seemed to have its up and downs at times for Nintendo. They had their highs points with the launch of the Nintendo 3DS system and the 25th Anniversary of the Zelda Franchise and they also had their lows with some weak launch titles and slow start for the Nintendo 3DS as well. Even though it may not have been a dream year, Nintendo still did fairly well and now let us take a look at different parts of the year in more detail and highlight all of the great games and announcements Nintendo made along the way."

Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.
