A look at some dramatic video game character transformation based around the theme of age.

The Outerhaven writes: Being fans of Fable, we decided to do an in-depth retrospective on the Fable franchise, exploring its choices, consequences, tone, and lasting impact on RPG design.

As we approach the new Xbox Direct, we reveal never-before-seen Fable concept art featuring werewolves, the return of Bloodstone, and more.
If they keep that ugly ass protagonist they can count me out... Don't have to be Stellar Blade level because it would even fit the mood of the game, and frankly it is a bit exaggerated, but could be at least presentable.
I hope the do away with the main characters model. It is ugly and looks neither male nor female which is disgusting. It may prevent me from purchasing it is really a product of woke bs.
I won't get hyped because I got hyped for Perfect Dark and I saw what happened there. Perfect Dark would have been freakin sweet.

Good stuff lol still not crazy about the whole aging thing but i suppose everyone goes through it even our favorite heros lol
Snake still looks like a bad ass even with his grey hair and bad back.
Ezio looks like a completely different character from his youth to old man.
Another example of characters aging that I like is Lucas in Mother 3, who goes from cowardly itty-bitty momma's boy to more mature possibly teenager? If forget his age. I think of all the one's listed, I like Snake's aging the most, because the game really reinforces it at every opportunity and just makes you go, "Daaaaaaaaamn."
I think the best way to end a franchise is by showing the main hero die, lets face it we all die... Its the only justice in this world. No one is going to get away with it or from it.
!!!*SPOILERS*!!!
Even Master Chief should die eventually, hell Six Died
Even Snake should of died in MGS4 imo, hes a killer why would he hesitate to kill himself at the end. People will disagree, but when some one is a killer they aren't afraid of death. I know its not over, but MGS5 could of been without Snake. I'm still anxious to play it like the other guy.
Even Nathan Drake should die, but maybe after uncharted 5 or something :P
I don't know, but this is just my thought. These are all good franchises, but all good things come to an end. Its how the world works, we die but give life and the ones we gave life to die and give life again.
