Boston: The reviews for Skyward Sword have been crazily fantastic, even by Zelda review standards, but with a few consistent complaints. One common gripe is about the game’s graphics, which is hardly surprising considering that the Wii's low graphical capabilities are often cited as one of its worst flaws. Having completed the game, I sympathize with those who took issue with the motion controls’ occasional hiccups or the tear-your-hair-out-because-she ’s-so-annoying “helpful” companion you’re saddled with, but I refuse to hate on any game on graphics alone.

The Early Black Friday US deals for Nintendo games are quite impressive. From Pokemon to Fire Emblem, here are some awesome sales.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword was originally released for the franchise’s 25th anniversary, celebrating everything Zelda, including the bosses.

If you’re a hardcore fan of The Legend of Zelda series, Playasia has a new Skyward Sword original soundtrack. It comes in a standard edition with a total of five CDs and a limited edition that also includes a music box.
I find this article to be pointless because if people really cared about graphics that much then the Wii wouldn't be the best current gen selling home console in the world right now.
Either way the game got more attention to details and art gems than most current hd games .
With art design such as this, you can only be perceived as a douchebag to complain about Zeldas graphics.
The graphics are unimpressive on skyward sword. I really want to know what drugs people have been taking when they talk about its 'great graphics' ... they suck!
Then again, the game i played before SS was uncharted 3 :l
And don't think i'm a wii hater, there are many games on wii with very good graphics. But SS isn't one of them. even in comparison to other wii games, SS graphics are mediocre.
Xenoblade... Now that is what you call impressive!
The main problem is that Zelda used to be the BENCHMARK of technical possibilities. Other games could only hope to match Zelda's graphics, depth, originality, and story telling.
So it's hard to look at this 420p graphics, no voice acting, motion control only, no multiplayer, same basic weapons/plot/characters/world since 1992 game and not be a little disappointed.
I'm watching the gaming world mature and take huge leaps in terms of gameplay, graphics, open worlds, online, etc... and now Zelda is the one playing catch up.
Disagree all you want, but this is how I see things.
This is coming from someone who has been a HUGE Zelda fan since I got Legend Of Zelda for Christmas in 1987.
