How will that work on Wii U? I'm so curious as to what the finalised machine will be like hardware/specs/controller wise

blaaah5280d ago (Edited 5280d ago )

Wii U has Wiimote compatibility, noob.

stragomccloud5280d ago

Let's try to keep these forums friendly, okay?

WooHooAlex5280d ago

Was that really necessary?

Truerandom5280d ago (Edited 5280d ago )

Look at the disagrees.

firelogic5280d ago

So Nintendo is going to include a wiimote with every WiiU purchase? Yeah I didn't think so. OH, will they include a wiimote with every future Zelda game for the WiiU? Yeah I didn't think so. Think before you hit "Add reply" next time.

I'm gonna laugh if Nintendo plus an ass move and drops wiimote functionality.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Wii U came with a Wiimote to be honest. It would ensure that everyone had a motion plus controller, which means we wouldn't have to have "waggle" controls for another gen.

Canary5280d ago

Wii U uses the same Wiimote Plus.

Personally, I find this very disappointing. Motion+ is a bit better than the old Wiimotes, but still leaves a LOT to be desired. I want better motion controls, not more of the same.

I want full 1:1 capture, with zero control lag.

LoaMcLoa5280d ago

As much as I liked Skyward Sword, I wanna be able to sit on the couch and play via the Wii U-controller screen.

dark-hollow5280d ago

Did you really play SS all the time while standing???

LoaMcLoa5280d ago

No, but I was meant to say lying on the couch, sorry x) Still, I'd just wanna move my fingers in the next Zelda

bergoo5280d ago

It's cool with me, I enjoyed the controls for skyward sword. I'm sure all of the other sword wielding games with be button based. Who knows maybe Aonuma will give an option for either one in the next zelda.

stragomccloud5280d ago

I'm glad. I don't want to see everything shift to the new controller, and I'm absolutely in love with Skyward Sword's controls!

WhiteLightning5280d ago

So I'm guessing you guys don't give a crap about the Zelda audience who were put off by the motion controls.

Thanks

WhiteLightning5280d ago

Look at all those disagrees....so no one would want the option to play with a controler

How selfish
