
PixlBit | The creation of the sixth installment of the Heroes of Might & Magic series sent the small turn-based RPG gamer niche through various emotional highs and lows. The two biggest sources of concern was the renaming of the brand to Might & Magic Heroes (which made many think back to the failed 3DO series), plus the “dumbing down” of the unit tiers from the almost double digit tiers to just three. It seemed that the things that made it great would be forsaken in pursuit of the lucrative mainstream market.
Massively anticipated games with primarily positive reviews – like the newly unleashed Fallout 4 – aren't immune to these issues and are known to have their share of glitches and crashes in the first few weeks after release before major patches come out. These seven games below all have their positive points, but are primarily known for huge bugs that should have been fixed before their official releases out to the gaming public.

The creative director working on the Might & Magic franchise Erwan Le Breton has said a console version of the game is being discussed at Ubisoft.

Black Hole Entertainment has released a new update for fantasy strategy sequel Might and Magic: Heroes VI; game owners can download the update now on Steam. Among many other fixes and improvements, this update clarifies the distinction between Might- and Magic-affinity heroes.
