Yea it seems it's a widespread issue that DX11 mode has bad stuttering issues. Not a massive deal as long as they patch it up soon. When I first started it up, I was afraid it was my card at first. But then I went to the forums and realized everyone had the same problem. Hope they patch it soon, I wanna play in DX11.
