
In the second of yesterdays interactive talks at London Games Conference, games industry legend, Ian Livingstone, posed a series of 16 predictions all aimed at 'The Future Of Video Games' by 2015, all of which provided some very interesting results.

Ian Livingstone is a man with many titles. He’s co-creator of Fighting Fantasy, co-founder of Games Workshop, GamesAid trustee, life president of Eidos, vice chair of Ukie, and many more, lots more than we have space to list here at least.

Of course it will. Developers will always support the one with an open OS and no fees to developer and even write your own OS for it. Nobody wants to work with apple stuff because to do that you have to enter the apple world, and then you're screwed because they own you then.
I wonder how many iOS phones there are compared to the MANY Android phones...
It's not surprising, iPhones don't really have anything special about them anymore. A friend of mine posted a status a few weeks back saying how excited she was to get hers and the only thing I could think was "Uh, dude what is it 2009?". Apple's become way too comfortable with their position and have stopped innovating, same thing that happened with Microsoft. Pretty much only leaves Android to pick up the slack. Kind of a shame, the only people that have told me they like their Android phones work at a phone shop, all my friends and family that have them constantly complain about what a headache they are...it's not really my place to judge though, I used to be an Apple fanboy and now I'm completely dedicated to wp7. Far superior platform imo. Would like to see Microsoft pull their shit together and start marketing it properly in the states.
