
Chris Buffa (Modojo): 1999 will always hold a special place in my heart. That's when Sega launched its Dreamcast console, and along with it, Sonic Adventure.
To be fair, the hedgehog's first 128-bit journey was a bit rough around the edges, but the game still managed to shine, largely because it made such a wonderful first impression.

Sonic X Shadow Generations is a remaster of Sonic Generations released in 2011. The real question is, does the remaster live up to the hype of the original?

Generations over Mania? Please… Generations doesnt have any new ideas in the levels/bosses.
Also a top 7 of Sonic games shouldn’t have any 3D crap and contain at least one of the 8-bit titles.
Sonic CD getting snubbed is weird. Number 1 is definitely interchangable between Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

The divide between both iterations of Sonic is now reaching spin-off territory, and the way Sega is handling it is both a blessing and a curse.
Like the preview. When I first played SA on the Dreamcast in 1999, my 10 year old mind was blown :D. Looking forward to the Generations 3DS review.
