A demo of Devil May Cry 4 is due to hit the 360 before the end of the year in Japan.
According to Gamefront.de, the latest issue of Famitsu states that a demo of Capcom's highly anticipated action title is going to be hitting the Japanese Xbox Live Marketplace before the year is out.

With the release of the Devil May Cry series on Netflix, we take a moment to look back on this almost 20-year-old series and let you know the best of the best.
"Devil May Cry 2 isn’t trash. It’s just misunderstood by a fanbase that doesn’t like change."
This and putting DMC 2 number 2 is all I need to ignore this ranking. DMC2 is absolute trash and it's clear this person doesn't understand exactly why.

VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them
2.
Dmc.
4.
5.
1.
3.
God DMC2 was an awful game.
And in case this isn't obvious it goes worst to best
Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...
5, 3, 1, 4, 2.
I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.
But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me

Two Devil May Cry games have been delisted on Steam. As shared on X, formerly Twitter, by Wario64, Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition and Devil May Cry 4 are no longer available to purchase.
Bless the adorably all digital future! When it comes to PC games its not as big of an issue because there should always be another way to access single player games, but still, I hate to see anything get delisted.
Well, DMC4 special edition has a lot of issues to run from Steam.
I have to get a modded executable to even be able to run the game on Windows 10.
Not sure if it is because the game runs in DirectX10 or what, but it sucks they have not even tried to fix it.
I wonder....If PS3 will get it as well.
Why the disagrees? WTF
Hopefully that translates into an international demo as well. The game is due in February and therefore warrants a demo none the less.
who cares about DMC on xbox lol? the game sucks, dmc3 had some nice stuff but this one is just crap.
Everyone who has seen footage of the mess that is DMC4 can see for themselves why Sony didn't even bother keeping the game exclusive.
Capcom is using the very same crappy last gen-ish engine that Lost Planet used. Unless you are impressed with lots of screen blur you are going to be massively disappointed by the game.
It is sad to see such a formerly great series go down the drain. When the first DMC game released a demo for the PS2 years ago people just stood around in awe watching people play. Fast forward to the present and gamers are now stuck with a gimped to run on the 360 trainwreck of a game from Capcom.
If you really don't care about graphics, go buy God Hand for the PS2.
Listening to Capcom's recent public statements it is clear they know just how badly they F-ed up with their 'gimp down to 360 level' strategy. They are going to be spending the rest of this console generation trying to restore their credibility.
