Twisted pixel is one of the best developers in the industry! If you haven’t heard about them, here’s why you need to check them out.

New classifications will "allow the government, investors, and policymakers to properly understand the industry's economic impact," says UKIE.

Developers have started reporting they have been laid off from the company.
Twisted Pixel was one of my favorite developers before they got bought by Oculus and went VR only. That run of 'splosion Man, Comic Jumper, Gunstringer, and Lococycle was legendary.
This stinks but they knew who they were getting in bed with when they took the bag of cash.
bummer about Sanzaru. Sony should have acquired them after Sly 4 but I guess sales weren't that good for that and there was no real incentives to buy back then and the series ended on a cliffhanger. I love Sly4. something was amiss in their effort to introduce their own ideas on the IP but I still love it regardless. a 7.5/10 for me and I was excited for the sequel that never came!

Game music often lasts longer than the games themselves. Why soundtracks preserve gaming memories even after consoles and platforms fade.
I'm actually hoping they get put in charge of some IP's Microsoft owns, I think TP would do great with Conker, Banjo or even Blinx.
Blinx? Surely that's an IP that's not only dead in the water but one that deserves to stay there too?
Twisted Pixel makes funny stuff, but from a technical standpoint, I can't say that they do anythng very impressive. All of their games show a considerable lack of artistic flair. The Maw, Splosion Man, Gunstringer... all great games, but not one of them looks all that good.
To qualify as "one of the best", you need to have art, design, and engineering all be top notch. I'd say TP has design covered. Art and engineering... not so much.
