I'm use to having PC version delayed and don't have an issue with it at all. Once the PC version is released it will most likely come with free DLC and a cheaper price.
Just take your time and make sure the PC version runs smoothly unlike that crap GTAIV which was a bad console port dropped on top of windows.
Im not even gonna lie, if its delayed, im cancelling my order and getting the ps3 version. I love me PC, but if this is where the game is going, then im going to support the platform that has the best support for this game. which unfortunately is the consoles

As long as it runs properly, I don't mind the delay. I bought it on Steam awhile ago and have been awaiting it's release.
