People that don't play games but have stock in them listen to analysts. Gamers like us bitch at analysts because we are all just as good at their job and or better.

No for the simple fact that this Fools are more often then not wrong with their predictions and can actually destroy Companies and Projects with it.

Gamers should trust gamers...even though we have different opinions about certain games..but the opinion is most time more honest. Since we play games for fun..

These analysts exist for one reason. Shareholders and Investors. They're not there to tell the general public what they think.

These investors and shareholders don't have a clue about what is happening in the gaming industry. They need these analysts to make decisions about investment.

I think it's idiotic how many articles are posted about what analysts think here. Most of the time it's a load of crap and obvious predictions.

"MW3 will sell more than BF3" - No shit sherlock. How many calculations did you have to make to come up with that "educated guess"?

game industry Analysts don't work for us and don't care if WE listen to them or not. Pachter does a fun little show on GameTrailers for gamers to watch where he answers their questions but his main line of work is doing research and analysis leg work on the industry for potential investors to help them identify risk, stability and assess profit potential . Pachter's not worried about how gamers feel about him and his predictions aren't aimed at gamers.

Move controller was extremely accurate great times back then

That definitely would have been the absolute worst time for stick drift to happen...

I always wanted a true to life surgery simulator for PSVR1. I always knew those Move controllers were precise AF under the proper conditions.

Move was a very accurate device under good conditions. Dr Marks even wanted to open it up for hobbyists and developers to extract more data to do more things. I even seen him use it for space, astronaut like simulations.

Sony always had the tech. They just needed the software to go with it. PS Move limit was not having an analog stick. Which it seems the PS5 controller made up for that.

I would like to see them use PS VR 2 for surgery or something with that eye tracking built in.

At least it wasn’t used for a mini-sub
