x360a: Risen 2: Dark Waters Preview – Setting Sail...

x360a Writes: "We're quite upset that we missed 'talk like a pirate day' last month, but here's a game that could well give us another excuse to finish the end of every sentence with an “arrrr, matey” or a “shiver me timbers”, as Risen 2: Dark Waters takes its RPG wares into piratical territory, with all of the cliches you'd expect, and plenty that you wouldn't. Picking up with Risen's protagonist, this beta code we're shown of the sequel sees the 'unnamed hero' a broken man who's embittered at having been deprived of his due credit for saving the world. He's a washed-up drunkard, who's compared to John McClane in Die Hard With a Vengeance, left by the crew of his ship and marooned on a sandy coastline, much like in the previous game."

Maybe it is just me but MGSV is not on the store. I have looked in every category and even searched with no luck.

LAWSON724279d ago (Edited 4279d ago )

Nope, says oops

@below

Not in GmG for me only Angry birds and TF

neil3634279d ago

Yep, it's definitely there. Both on the games store online and on my console in the Games With Gold bit.

JeffGUNZ4279d ago

Same there here Lawson, can't find it and that link doesn't work. As long as it's there payday I'll be happy!

danowat4279d ago

Metal gear on the xbox one worth £12?

danowat4279d ago

Because of all the negative feedback on it being "just a demo", just wondered if £12 was good value for what it is.

JohnJ4278d ago

Not worth it in my opinion. Maybe a fiver, I bought it new and was disappointed with the fact it is very much a demo

LAWSON724279d ago (Edited 4279d ago )

Well I bought it used at GS with plans to return it after I seen what cause of all the complaints were about

Anyways I personally would not play it until MGSV is about to come out. It pretty much feels like a glorified demo that makes you want more next gen MGS

Dirtnapstor4279d ago (Edited 4279d ago )

Yes it is a very good initial installment for TPP. There are a multitude of things to do. Invest.

mcstorm4279d ago

Well MGS V being £12 has now got me sold just bought it keep the deals like this coming MS loving gold on Xbox one so far.
