Then you'll be glad to know ZoE Collection will be arriving on Vita also.

Transfarring will be great. I just hope there will be special discount or bundle if you get it for both PS3 and PSVita.

I would wait until they tell more about Transfarring wich is "you play on the ps3, then transfer your savagame on the vita, and continue there"

I would imagine you'd have to own both versions. "Transfarring" sounds great until you realise how much it will cost to do. Two expensive consoles and then two games on top, no thanks.

Looks much better than SnakeEater 3D. Plus with three games in one it's a much better deal. I take three games over 3D anyway.

The Vita version looks much crispier than the PS3 version maybe due to the screen size. The pixels are more packed in the OLED screen. BUt I think I need that external battery pack because MGS is known for lengthy codec and cut scenes.

HD > 3D, plus the fact 3D uses lesser resolution than HD. 3D is just an effect, that's it. And with the scale of MGS3, good luck playing it on a small screen display of 3DS. Good luck against The End. ;)

I mean the 3DS version version look better than THIS vita hd remake not the console HD remakes, the Vitas screen is only and 1 1/2 inches bigger its a handheld? you want it to have a 25 inch screen

It doesn't have better graphics, so you would rather have one game in 3d instead of three games along with the two original metal gear games? It is a collection you know. 40 bucks for only one game is a rip off compared to the hd collection.

Ok but you would still rather have one game instead of three? Not to mention the two classic games? Besides, this is only the first screen, and you're comparing mgs2 to mgs3, they aren't the same game.

Currently playing Snake Eater HD on CRT 16:9, via Scart RGB. Game looks great but not as clean as MGS2, but thats due to the setting. Can't wait for the remake + the next HD collection on PS5.

I have the Metal Gear Solid HD collection from a few years ago and I still have the PlayStation 2 versions of mgs2/3. Wish Konami would get their act together they have so many great ips that are just wasting away .

Knowing Konami they will probably release Metal Gear in some form of an anniversary collection pack like they did with Contra and Castlevania. Konami gave the middle finger to their die hard fans who have followed them from beginning to end. Konami turned their back on the gaming community I honestly don't care about Konami anymore I have my Konami games I like and I will stick with the older titles. Too bad Konami just doesn't sell off their gaming division to someone who will utilize that division. And Konami can stick their head back in the sand and focus on Pachinko machines.

I buy digital mostly unless I want a collector’s or special edition. I buy way too many games a year and I don’t want have ti deal with storage.

You can still download them if you bought them previously, they have just gone like physical did years ago and remove them from being bought new. The only difference is that you can still buy them second hand in the physical market.

Konami has intentionally murdered several of their biggest franchises. Silent Hill, Castelvania, and now MGS. I don’t think they really care about making big hits anymore.

It still amazes me how MGS4, the last great MGS games (MGSVs open world and lack of plot outside of tapes did nothing for me) is still locked on PS3 outside of streaming via now. Konami are sitting on a goldmine. I wish Sony could somehow acquire the rights
