2013 sounds far but it probably should have been the original release date in the first place.

I'm loving what i see in the concept art, especially the monsters and creatures. If they do this right then this might be my first MMO

what a great way to segregate your community SE, we will have gil sellers, players doing end game stuff,several expansions, tons of spoilers from now til then...this New ifrit fight will be a year old in 2012, ps4 and xbox 720 should be what I am saving money for at that time...

oh and its 1499 per month, more than any other current mmo 3 YEARS later

The PLing (Power Leveling) has been patched as of yesterday, due to a day 1 bug.

You also asked:

If your game had more issues than travel methods, it would not be your first concern either. When planning for it comes into play though, it does takes time to create animations, testing and so forth, which also takes... time.

However, I do agree, they should have had them in the beginning and there was no excuse on there part for leaving something so valuable out of the picture, especially during their so called, "beta".

On the flip side though, the new team's idea to create an Official FF XIV Forums also inspired the FF XI team to create one as well for the very first time since its launch, bridging the gaping gap between gamers and the developers.

As for your other responses:

The power leveling that was released for 1.19 was a day 1 bug that was not intended, that are common to happen in any game, and has since been patched. However, power leveling a friend or family member so they could catch up and play with you was deemed perfectly fine by Yoshi P., and I agree.

Works fine and great for me and my friends. I've collected a ton of IV materia already by just making mythril wristlets as a high level Goldsmith.

How are they pointless? The point to them is to make a color you like to your fitting and each color has a special effect toward its gear (EX: Red ~ Strength, Blue ~ Dexterity, etc.)

If anything, dying shit has more of a point now then it did before, since color was just.... well, color. Contradictory to the facts. Unless you can confirm your point otherwise with facts.

Lastly you said:

I'll agree partially, that the UI lag can make things delay a few seconds which can be annoying but the way your making it out to be is a little over doing it.

And I have never encountered much, if not any, battle lag unless I'm in a huge party with 2 other linkshells working together to take down a beastmen stronghold boss. The my game will start skipping a few more frames than it should, but its still very playable. I've seen dozens upon dozens of other games do the same on PC and consoles.

And as for this in closing:

It is in your opinion they are dumbing the game down further. And in your defense, it is my opinion they are making it much more enjoyable.

However, if the game was still a mess, I seriously doubt they would feel the need to reactivate the subscription and boost the hell out of its hype level with the amount of information and details they just released this morning.
