Well il be playing BF3 on there and well thats probably it....unless ME3 requires it in which case il give it a miss.

And I dont normally like comparisons but if both players put their cards on the table I think one has the clear advantages and the other is so anti consumer its hard to believe how they exist.

I'm perfectly happy to have Origin and Steam on my PC.

I buy a lot of EA games so to have all of them in the 1 hub could come in handy...

I just wish Origin didn't take as much RAM as it does, not a problem for me, but still bugs me that it has to take up so much RAM as it does at times.

Steam, from a user perspective, has yet to be beat. I sincerely doubt Origin will be 'the one'.

I won't be buying any EA games until they ditch Origin. I don't like the service, I don't like the terms of use and I don't particularly trust EA with a DD service.

I don't believe it stands a chance against something like Steam or any of the other DD companies. All that is going to happen is EA are going to see sales of their PC titles nosedive. Naturally it will get blamed on piracy and not the fact the market does not want Origin.

Origin is good, easy to use. But EA doesn't throw the deals around (it's not easy to find the deals for PC) and doesn't have the selection as other DD services offer.

I'll use Origin for BF3 and then more than likely discard it. I'm much happier with Steam.

From my experience with Origin, it's actually fairly easy to use and not too bad, but I just don't feel comfortable buying games off of it. EA has proven that they can't always be trusted and Valve have shown that they actually care for their customers.

I have both but honestly, steam is miles ahead of origin. I try to get all my games on steam but games like fifa 12 just aren't there.

i'm not using origin at all i'll stick with steam

how much ram does origin take up i have 16gb so i don't notice any slowdowns but still curious as to why it would use a lot of ram
