NXUS says: "I decided to try Orcs Must Die! after reading a couple of stellar reviews about the game, and thankfully it met the high expectations those reviews gave me. The premise behind Orcs Must Die! is a strange combination of Tower Defence crossed with classic Gauntlet. Split over 24 levels, your task is to defend your fortress from a chaotic onslaught of Orcs, Ogres, Gnolls and fire-spitting Hellbats. To help you to achieve your mission you’re armed with a magic crossbow and sword, and the ability to set all kinds of ingenious deadly traps."

The popular tower defence franchise Orcs Must Die! is coming to VR in 2026 as a Meta Quest exclusive from Teravision Games.

Entertainment Buddha: I have a long history with the Orcs Must Die franchise. I have played each entry ever since it released and quite honestly Unchained sort of flew under the radar for me. When I saw it went to a free to play model I feared it would deter from the overall function and fun of the game. After playing a few matches and playing around with different characters I realized that the fun never left the game and that if anything, Unchained just added new elements and layers that made it a better title.
