From marvel my vote is in for a good violent and dark Punisher title or even a well done Blade or Daredevil game.

From DC I would like to see someone do a Wonder Woman game where she doesn't look like a bony supermodel. The version that appeared in the DC Universe online was spot on.

But above all of those I would really like to see someone do a proper third person game with RPG mechanics based on the Martin Caiden book Cyborg.

The world knows the main character under another name:

There are so many possibilities for a gritty dark game in that world.

A Captain Marvel game would be interesting. Having to go between a little boy and a Hercules like hero fighting the monster society would be awesome.

Then again we need a decent Superman. Life demands at least one decent Superman game this gen. The EA game tried and was on the right train but on the wrong track.

Superman games are tough. For one, he's virtually indestructible and avails of seemingly limitless power. Toning these abilities down would seem cheap to fans.

The map would have to be vast in order for his super speed and flight to be in any way useful. As in even bigger than Just Cause 2.

There's also the whole problem with the character's perfection being difficult for a normal human being to relate to. It's hard to truly "feel" for Superman or to evoke the possibility of failure on his part.

It's a tough job, but if anyone has a shot it's Rocksteady. Though seriously, I doubt it can work. It's like trying to make a Dragonball Z game: on paper it sounds like a perfect fit, but actually executing it in a fun way seems to be perplexing.

I agree, it would be weird to see superman die to a bullet.

hes a really 1 dimension character, I'm a good guy and I'm perfect. with no real creative freedom for rocksteady to work with. Everyone knows superman has these sets of skills and thats it nothing else.

Batman is really the easiest hero to make a game for, it just so happens rocksteady made the good one.

Play or rent EA's Superman game. They actually did a nice job with the superman abilities and health, not to mention the GTA style of gameplay. Plus Metropolis was huge and superman could go super fast from one end to the other.

By the way there are many things that can hurt Superman, of course normal things like fire or bullets cant but there are a good number of things that can. That is what so great about superman and what writers cant seem to understand. To make superman work you need larger than life villains and predicaments. All Star Superman is a perfect example of a good superman story.

And the current Dragon Ball Z games are loads of fun and are done extremely well.

No. Im not into comics or super heros other then the popular ones but i would like to see something different and be introduced to new hero's/villains i have not been aware of.

Ill use transformers as an example.. i never really liked the cartoon so i never really watched it but when Michael Bay made the movies i fell in love with the transformers franchise.

lol so far i really like what rocksteady has done and they have my support for Batman day1! i say keep the batman games comeing i would drool over a batman game based off of frank millers "The Dark Knight Returns" and superman would be in it :P
